It has horizontal drop-outs, you pull the wheel back and tighten the nuts.

hmmm,
slick but too complicated.
they should use the white industries tension master device...
costs $1,800 but makes the job more complicated and heavier...
its cool though.

+1 i remember seeing his ad in that bike magazine.

i guess zinn works with steel and ti?

I saw the first bike Zinn ever built, in the back of the physics lab at college. It was for his girlfriend, and was quite a small frame (although beautiful).
