It's Blue Sky Bicycles in Saratoga Springs, NY. They're a very good shop.

Yup, that's Blue Sky in Saratoga. My friend Kevin just bought a very pretty HSG Ti frame from them on eBay. Good people. I'm betting they bought out Serotta's '07 stock size inventory. Clifton is the best wrench on the Capital Region!
