It makes me realize why I like him so much and why I wanted him to win the Tour.

Let's hope he wins gold in Athens. And maybe the Lance-less TdF next year.

Wow, as a fellow golden retriever owner, that is quite touching.

It has been a while since I visited the site, because I got sick and tired of the political BS that I had to endure in order to get to something useful. I get more than enough of that just going about my day!

This is the type of stuff that makes this site worth it's weight. Nothing negative, no tension, no arrogance, no pontificating, no bickering, no raunchiness, just a story about a really nice guy, who happens to be one of the best cyclists alive and his human side as he says goodbye to a friend.

Thanks!

The day before he dropped out of the tour I saw an interview with Tyler where he spoke of Tugboat. You could feel his pain.

Both Mr. Hamilton and Tugboat have impressed me. I will be rooting for Tyler H. and will think about Tyler's Tugboat.
