How common is it for someone to win 3 straight stages? I can't imagine it is very common, but I am sure that some of the sprinters have done it. Anyone know. Seems like a great feat, especially amazing when it requires climbing power, sprinting power, and time trialing power like the last 3 stages have for Lance.

I am pretty sure that they said last night on the broadcast that this was only second time that someone has won 3 straight mountain stages

If Basso hadn't of just barely won the 1st mountain stage then Lance would have won all of the mountain stages.
