Age is a case of mind over matter ----

If you don't mind, it don't matter.

54 thank you very much.

I appreciate you guys thinking of me.

And, yes, I will be out on the Zanc in the woods this afternoon while the Concours Cross gets a new rear derailleur.

Happy Birthday to a real cycling enthusiast and more importantly a compassionate and caring person. Your charity participation is most admirable and meaningful. You are a real plus to the forum and to the many that you so selflessly help!

I'm blushing.

This weekend is off for me, Mike. Just Plymouth (still not sure which day) and Lowell and that will just about do it for races this year.

Let's see...

A parade with a bunch of my favorite folks dancing an Irish jig to music by The Drop Kick Murphys.

Free tacos for all my freinds at their local Taco Bell.

An afternoon cross ride on my Zanc single speed with a good freind.

A bunch of birthday wishes from some of the coolest folks on the planet.

How could a birthday get any better?

Thank you one and all.

of the party for Bruce downtown today. Amazingly the entire Boston Red SOx baseball team, management and families came as a surprise to Bruce. It just shows his star shines well beyond cycling. Here is the trophy that the Sox gave the Man of the Day. Unfortunately Jacoby Ellsbury stepped right in front of Bruce when the pix was snapped. Rookie error.
