I'm an idiot, shimano 10 speed 9 speed question

I just a quired most of a 9 speerd dura ace group, I'm a campy man so I've got some questions. Can i use a 10 speed shifter with shimano to shift a 9 speed derailleur over a 10 speed cassete?

you will need a 10 spd chain.
no guarantee though.
