I don't know why the Serotta home page now says "Poway" but I do know that the area is on fire, and I hope the best for all who are there....

and I just talked to my buddy in Poway and they're evacuating. The northern and eastern parts of the town have received official evacuation notices. Don't know where the Serotta plant is. My bud says this is far worse than 2003, and he sent me pix then from his driveway that completely freaked me out--flames shooting up in the not too far distance, and that time thay never even evacuated. At least the hotels give special evacuation rates.....
