on what I've missed over the past few weeks. I've been out of touch with the phorum due to work and other duties as of late. What have I missed? Perhaps I should just start wading through the posts.

The global temperatures are in a warming trend and we may or may not have anything to do with it.

Some things are better for some people others are not.

Sachs has a 6 year waiting list. Some folks think it is worth the wait and a form of art. Others think it crazy to wait 6 years for a bike frame.

Everybody loves Fixed.

Saab is anti China :D

Sandy's wife had a bad accident (not kidding here) but sounds like she is doing better.

Some folks think helmets should be mandatory. Some don't.

Lots of folks have cross bikes but few understand the geometry.

Carbon bikes suck unless they are great.

The Yankees lost

jack b has more cool bikes and rides them a long, long way.

shino is still trying to figure it all out, while cooking some wicked good-looking meals.

zank is (justifiably) getting the love for his creations.

HSG seems to be moving up the charts with a bullet.

swoop did vegas, saw much, got tired, wrote us about it and is trying to help us all psychologically in ways and words we don't always grasp.

socal steve is still just sayin'.

dbrk has gone mysteriously silent and is missed.

11.4 continues to know more than god.

dnovo hasn't returned. nor has bigmac.

smiley still loves his hors (and mrs smiley is down with that.)

pete still digs red.

unexpected anger continues to pop up in threads.

switzerland still has freakin' gorgeous mountains and mrs gothard looks pretty pro on her bike.

fixed continues to asks questions he seems to know the answers to.

cyclists and vehicles continue to met each other in unfortunate ways.

and two last things:

when politics enters threads, the divide in our country is (sadly) clear.

and campy still sucks and shimano rocks.

be careful out there, everybody.
