Although with the fishing reel guts, I found a 105 front d worked best. Not sure about Tulio's finest.
One thing, though.... You might want to consider bar ends or a bar with shape. I know it's all in-vogue to ride risers with the pierced n tatted "I'm a bada@@ downhiller counter-culture" lemming, and it's in-vogue to ride Kate Moss' hips-narrow flat bars on fixtes, BUT I didn't find the flat bars particularly appealing for road riding.
That said, perhaps you might want to consider bar ends, or some retro Scott AT-2s or Durangos.

You might want to make sure that the flat bar controls will work with your mountain bar. The bar diameter may be different.

The Campy flat bars require a dedicated front derailler, the spring works the opposing direction, so a 'normal' one won't work.
