“I’m training mostly by running,” he said. “The last four months, I’ve been on a bike four times, all in charity events. But I run daily or go to the gym and go in a kayak or on a stand-up paddleboard. I think I’m in pretty good shape. I’ll probably be 5 pounds lighter for the marathon this year, 175 rather than 180. I rode the Tours at 165.”

After all, it's not about the bike.

Oh yeah he also said Floyd got shafted. Shocker!

Another sound bite that keeps him in the news.

Next thing he will take a job w/Johan B.

Lemmie see here... I'll just go to convert it dot com and put than in and see what it kicks back at me in inches. Then I apparently have the option to also convert it to the "Japanese Shaku".

His ex does marathons now, too. She doesn't look near as tired at the end.

She was doing marathons before he did and was a columnist in Runner's World. I think he couldn't handle her publicity and had to steal her thunder...

5'9" but longer legs then normal. He still rode a 58 trek or a 56 decent bike.

It is sad I know this stuff.
