I own a Nove with full Ultegra 10 speed. I be will looking at changing the Ultegra chain shortly and would like to try a different make. I find that the Ultegra chain has a short lifespan. I have approx 5000km on it now and expect to get another 2000km out of it. Any suggestions and if possible mileage life in miles or kms.

I wouldn't call over 4000 miles "short lived"

Sram or Wipperman for something different???

Mavic. Can't give mileage yet. Mine has roughly 3000 and still going well. Has a beautifully designed, no tool necessary master link.....removal for cleaning is a snap.
