so, the body fat thread got me thinking about my training.
I've been slacking off.
I'm not worried about peaking at any particular month for any one kind of event.
My diet is pretty good and I'm happy with it...
So does anyone have a good cycling program that I could follow to just be an all around stronger cyclist in better general shape?
My plans for the near future:
to continue commuting by bike every day to and from work
do yoga regularly
maybe even sign up for capoeira classes
But on my bike training rides, give me some input on how to mix it up. How many days hills? how many days sprints? how many days long distance endurance stuff? How many days rest?
I'm starting from scratch here and all input is welcome and appreciated.
If it matters, I'm 6' 1.5" and 178 lbs.
