i was watching espn 2 last night,
just to catch up on baseball tonight
and some of the excitement
of the push to the finish of the season...
...another sure sign the seasons are changing...
and was very surprised to see mike ditka, et al
-- the sunday nfl countdown crew --
sitting on chopper cycles
analyzing deraileurs
admiring saddles
and oggling like serotta forumites
at the beauty of their rides...
it made me proud to be a cyclist
a little embarrassed about my obsession with bikes
and very glad and relieved, indeed
the crew went into football instead!
