Did Serotta make this fork? I've noticed it on CDA's and Legend Ti's vintage 2004/05. It also sports a Reynolds logo. Is it basically a Reynolds Ouzo Pro?

Yes, I have an O2 on my Legend and it is a rebadged Ouzo Pro. Many, mine included, were custom painted with the frame.
