A friend unloaded an old set of wheels into the trunk of my car. Both are tubular. Front wheel has no braking surface and has a sticker that says "for racing only." Would this be for a track bike or are there other uses for rims with no braking surface. Wheel appears to be in good shape. Is it of any value with older Campy hub?
