So last week I got caught in torrential rain on a gravel trail... (MTBing)

My owners club jersey didn't come clean in the wash... it's basically big mud droplets that somehow stained the white fabric..

Any thoughts on getting this stuff out.

I have a fair amount of other cycling clothes that have been out in nasty weather and gotten stained in the same way.. I've never had much luck cleaning any of it up.. but the owners club jersey is such a light color it really looks horrible.

Certain types of clay can be very difficult to deal with. I've seen red clay in the South stain brick. Look at it as a campaign ribbon. When in doubt, try www.marthastewart.com

I've had good luck with Oxyclean spray on stain remover for some stuff.

Tear the arms off and wear it louder!

So if I tear the arms off does that make people think "Snooty Serotta rider" less when I ride by?

Or do the mud stains alone get that message across enough? :D

+1 on oxyclean, but I soak it in a wash basin.

You should feel lucky it wasn't a "milk" stain. :D

Wear it proudly.

Too bad you probably can't wear a small. I'd gladly give it to you, it's too big for me.
