I know a few of you who hang out here are from Oklahoma. If you have any interest in attending a seminar on training for cycling, I have copied the flyer below.
TRAINING FOR CYCLING

7:00 – 9:00 PM
The Oklahoma Heart Hospital
Topics will include:
An overview of training
Cyclical nature of endurance training
Quantifying effort
Training zones
Developing an annual training plan
Specificity of workout development
Admission is FREE, however, because of space requirements, pre-registration is required.
To register send an email to cduroy @ okheart.com stating your intention to attend and the names of guests you will bring. A copy of the returned email is your ticket to the event.
Seminar attendance is not guaranteed without confirmation. Registration closes 9/28/07.
Pizza and soft drinks will be available beginning at 6:30 pm
There will be a one hour Question and Answer session following the seminar.
A two-hour easy training ride with Adam will also be available for seminar participants from 3:00-5:00 pm the day of the seminar.
