How to disassemble Look Keo's???

How is this done? How do you take apart the spindle on these to regrease???

. . . that you had to order from LOOK. The Keo's as I understand it, can be disassembled with a normal box wrench. Not sure what size, though, and I'd be careful not to tear up the plastic retainer ring.

Check 'em to see how much grease is in there. I read somewhere--I think right here on the forum--that LOOK usually put too little grease in them. When I took my PP396's apart, yep, sure enough, hardly anything in there.
