I'm thinking of switching from leather soled shoes to carbon. What length stem will I need?

Hate to confuse you, Dave, but steel is a much better material. Carbon fiber doesn't take well to brazing. There's some guy in Montana who made me a bike out of steel - I can put you in touch with him. :beer:

Well, leather comes from a carbon based life form so I would say you need a 27.2 seatpost.

Actually, I have worked on many movies in my almost 28 years in the "biz" but Mr Mom was not one of them.
