Can someone help with shipping (US-UK)?

This should be a fairly simple one - I just need some bibshorts from a US eBay seller who'll only ship to the USA and Canada. If I buy them and pay postage to a forum member, are they able to send them on to me in England and I'll pay for their shipping costs and a beer?
