Okay, so i just got an older 303 rim (actually called 340) but it is essentially the same thing - it is tubular so i'm not worried about it, if it were clincher I would've thrown it in the garbage. It has 24 holes and I don't know whether I should build it up as a front wheel or rear.
It would be paired up with an the older campy vento (just like the shamals only more spokes.) The question is - if you had one really light, aero wheel, should it be in the front or in the rear.
My initial inkling is front, leaving the stiffer, aluminum rim in the rear for better power transfer but i wanted to hear input. Thanks!
