early in his career, nys rode all the spring classics. last year, he rode the tour of Belgium and finished fairly high. yeah, we are pulling for Aaron Olsen around these parts.

i'd love to be in ireland following that race, it looks like a blast. total attack fest....

Hmmm. Just a bit like the Tour of Britain to me. Break of 10 or so gets away, race radio is apparently "down", peloton don't know how big the gap is. Result? 13 minute time gap and the race is over after stage 1. One of the 10 or so guys in the break will be the winner and the rest of them can have a nice ride around Kerry looking at the scenery.

He climbed off during stage 1 with, as Phil Liggett described it "a sceptic boil on the unmentionables". Ouch.

And, on your point Fixed, generations of fathers worked hard to get their sons out of the mines and factories and shipyards (sometimes into bike racing) but cycling fathers seem to let their sons toil at an equally hard job. Dunno why.

bro good point I'm hoping for a lawyer from my son ..he has seen how hard i work and is doing a great job at getting his dream .. I 'm very proud of him fromer state cycling champ and just made the golf team as a freshman at high school also is in the i.b. program http://www.ibo.org/
