Ride like a maniac, get mildly overtrained. Go on a trip, don't do even one pedal turn for eight days. Come back, and go nuts for 4 weeks or so and get mildly overtrained again. Go on a trip, don't even do one pedal turn for six days. I hope I'm just flat and I caught a bug on the plane. Pfffthhthhh.

I could win a loogie war, though. Big green sticky golf balls. Yum.

Wished I had a camera today, a mouse outran me down the road for about thirty yards.

The free float lollipops are going to go at the end of this year. They have over 15000 miles on them so I won't be getting rid of them too soon. I am beginning to think I need something that will train my feet not to cave in, because when they do I stop using the outsides of my legs for any force. When I think about it I'm good but when I get really tired is when the form goes and that's when I need the form the most.

Mice are pretty quick at sprint distances.
