Is that the forum is monitored by actual people, not a machine and these posts are deleted when discovered. Sometimes, they are even let alone until they disappear to the bottom of the newly posted list.

Maybe if there was a way to make the software wait for an admin response, before someone could register.

You have basically the same thread twice, obviously.

Those types of posts are too common, obviously don't belong here, take away from the feel of the forum, and undoutedly are offensive to some.

A mechanism should be incorporated in which first time posters would have to have several of their first posts reviewed by a moderator prior to be allowed to post. That is one possible solution.
