q about headset spacer on Kirk ebay frameset

that headset spacer looks as if it tapers from thicker at the bottom to narrower at the top. is that custom or can you buy off the shelf spacer that have that taper? on my rex with the oval concepts silver stem, the top of the spacer is wider than the outside circumference of the bottom part of the stem...always thought it looked less than perfect that way.

Not sure about the particular spacer on the frame, but Salsa makes a tapered spacer to solve that exact aesthetic problem. I had to buy a bag of 5 to get one - I'd be happy to mail you one.
