Merlin Cielo - worth considering?

My LBS carries Merlin and they have a model similar to the Ottrott called Cielo. They have a demo on sale I'm considering. Anyone have any experience or feedback on this model?

Is it a 2003 or a 2004? I have a friend with a 2003 that delaminated. He was told that there were several 2003s with this problem. Merlin warranty replaced it with a 2004 in short order. He loves it.
