700c vs. 27 inch wheel question

Forum members, does anyone make cantilever brakes that are sufficiently adjustable to permit me to run 700c wheels on an older touring frameset built for 27 inch wheels? If the answer is "No", do I have any other options besides sticking with 27 inch or having a framebuilder reposition the brake bosses?

I take it your current frame has cantilevers but they won't fit both sizes?

My suggestion would be to post your question on the framebuilders forum as I'm sure some of them have had to deal with such an issue.
