Anyone used the Giro crash replacement program? What kind of deal do they offer?

I used it once,, though it was many years ago. I had to send in a description of the accident that occurred while wearing the helmet. I received a new replacement helmet in a few weeks. I still have that helmet and my daughter wears it when we ride the tandem. I wasn't sure they were still doing that program.

I use Specialized's (sorry if this drifts) … first crash was a free helmet. Second was $25 off any helmet.

The SPECIALIZED is a very nice helmet and works well in HOT Raleigh.

If it fits your head it is a very good alternative to the others.

No this does not answer the warranty question but any LBS should be able to tell you or send a note to GIRO

Glad you are ok and helmet took the abuse instead of your head.
