Going down Union Street at early light, noticed a doc office sign lit up.

"Bright Lights, Big City, went to my baby's head..."

Path by the river, saw a fish rise

"Fish heads, fish heads, roly poly fish heads
Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up yum"

Under the railroad bridge with a train on it

"... Going on down to some lonesome railroad line
Gonna lay down
and let the 4:07 ease my worried mind..."

Same bridge, different train on the way home. Now I'm rolling downhill downwind

"Train kept a rollin, all night long..."

There were others, but mostly instrumentals. Jimmy Thackery "Hang Up and Drive" for obvious reasons, Hellecasters "Orange Blossom Special" right after a semi passed me, there's a chord change in there that sounds just like that, going up Rynex was ZZ Top off the Fandango album, there's a change that sounds just like an old truck revving down and then missing a shift which was what happened to me, the chain jumped, right before turning up Rynex I heard Link Wray "Rumble".

It's a good day when that's what you're thinking.

You sure that's not SPRINGfield, Mass? :)

I had China Cat Sunflower going around on my ride this morning. A very good way to wind up in the ditch by the side of the road.

Lately it's been the theme song to "My Neighbor Totoro." Or "Pot Kettle Black" by Wilco. Not sure what that says about my brain.
