I have been searching for a really light helmet and this appears to fit the bill.

Anyone have one/know where to get one?

I wrote to the importer about this a couple of months ago. They have passed some preliminary tests for certification, but not all. They said the may be available in the states by December.

Cool thanks for the info. The new specialized weighs a tad more and should be available by early September from what I am hearing.

by chance has anyone seen in person the new specialized helmet? i have held it and tried it on. holy crap its light!! and if it fits your head shape, fits like a baseball cap. it will be interesting to see the new ionos from giro and how it compares.
