I was inspecting my new CDA prior to treating the inside of the frame with Weigle Frame Sever and I noticed that the seat stays and chain stays are sealed tubes, no weep holes. That certainly makes things easier !

the frame is already treated with a phosphate solution , no need to do a thing now .
