HELP! Having trouble getting pics to gallery...

Anyone out there that could help me would be greatly appreciated. Here's the problem:

Have two pics in jpg files, but when I move or send them to the forum they become full size and you can only see 20% of the picture. I know it's a big bike, but I can't get them to transfer over as thumbnails. Any thoughts.

Do I need to zip these files?

Reduce your picture size to 640X480 pixels.

That is one issue we need to address with Serotta. The 640X480 max for pictures reduces the format to the point where the sharpness is lacking. Dave N.

Here is a great image resizer <http://www.imageresizer.com/> that is freeware, very small, works quickly and is very easy to use. You can resize pics for any use, including avatars.
