I've been ordering some stuff from Velo orange.com
Stuff I can't get from my LBS. I have a GREAT LBS and I try to
support them first.

http://www.velo-orange.com/

Products are of above average quality. Shipping is real fast and they
have stuff that is hard if not impossible to find elsewhere.

Take a peek .... For example they have a real nice cover for Brooks
saddles .... Arvark ? So all you Brooks fanatics like me ... order one
about 11 frn with shipping. Elk handlbar tape is sharp too ....
The semichrome polish works wonders ....

Ok .... have I violated any rules? Will I be vanquished from the Phorum?

I too have enjoyed purchasing some things from ChrisK's VO.

Looking forward to visiting his Annapolis shop sometime soon.

They are very good for information, only second to Mr. Brooks (DBRK).

I ordered from them, based on a product recommendation from DBRK and they delivered quickly.'' :)

William

A new citrus based chain cleaner/electrolyte replacement drink.
Velo-orange used for chain cleaner should not be injested.

I got to look at the VO bikes at the Cirque, neat bikes.

The steel frames and bikes that he sells are superb looking. I saw somewhere that they are made by a Johnny somebody (don't remember the last name) in NY I believe. They do look nice tho.

Did I miss something? Is the owner of Velo Orange a Bilderberger?

Although the group has no official name, the "Bilderberg Group" title comes from what is generally recognized to be the location of its first official meeting in 1954: the Bilderberg Hotel in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

I think it's just the usual thread drift... Someone saw the link in Ahneida Ride's sig, and commented.

I've ordered a few things from VO, and have been pleased. Mostly I find the blog fascinating. Lots of cool stuff! I'd like to see a VO bike in person someday. Hoping I can visit the shop over the 4th of July, when I'll be in Maryland...
