Infant Cycling jersey/sweater?

Is there anywhere on the web that you can order a cycling team/manufacturer sweater or shirt for a baby??
I need to get a gift for a buddy's newborn, I know he'd love it if I could find something like this.

I bought my daughter 2 Trek jerseys at my LBS. They fit her when she was 2. They also had a jumper made by Trek for 1 year olds.
