2003 Chorus Calipers

Does anyone have any thoughts on where I might pick up 2003 Chorus Calipers for my CSI. I have an entire 2003 gruppo sans calipers and it appears that they changed the logo for 2004

Before you advise me that it is only a logo bear in mind that, being very familiar with myself, a mismatched logo would drive me insane.
