cda on ebay - how to get size info from Serotta?

There's a nice looking CDA on eBay, serial number CCD 57 145. Does Serotta give out frame geometry for their frames on request? Any idea how to get it, or does anyone on the Forum know about this frame?

Just wondering what size person this is built for. Has a very tall headtube. The top tube sounds short, but if it's actual measurement of a sloping TT, then virtual would be longer...
