head tube extension

A while back Serotta used to sell a head tube extension thingy...I think it was for 1 inch threaded forks. I looked in the store today and didn't see it. Is it over? If yes, does anyone know where i might pick one up?

the one you guys are planning, 1 1/8 won't help me...i need a 1 inch and for a threaded steerer :bike:

do you think the serotta team might consider doing the 1 inch or is it just too old and outdated a size?...whatever, thanks for the link...oh, and if you do a 1 inch threaded you can put me down for one as well...the steel fork i'd use it with was made in italy...wonder if that matters?...was the original Heads Up compatible?...questions, questions...
