Anyone here use one regularly for back pain? Can anyone recommend a decent one that won't break the bank?

This unit has worked for me for several years.

BD, how does it work? _does_it work? and i assume for you, it's for pain relief...not to get rippling muscles ;) ... what are you trying to get relief from?

Retin - I too would be interested in hearing more about what benefit you received from it.
I'm looking for relief from overworked QL's. Core strength is one part of it, but again, was wondering if a tens unit would help.
Oh, and yes, I'm gonna do the bruce lee thing and build up my abs, baby! :)

Don't forget the hamstrings. One of the most overlooked aspects of back pain are tight hamstrings. Find someone who knows what they are talking about to help you develop a flexibility routine which will be safe and effective.
