Put the doping stuff aside, what strikes you most when you see the 1st 10 seconds of that video?
For me, it's this: It seems more right to fight for a TdF mountain stage with a cloth cap on, not a Giro. Speaking purely aesthetically, of course.

The mountain top finish rule made sense - they should bring this back they need to bring this back.

This may be a year or two early for the Heliums, but JU was riding them in 99 and possibly 98.
