jagwire elite red pads

Anyone using these Jagwire Elite brake shoes for carbon rims? They were what my LBS had in stock and they actually stop very well. I was ready for some loss in braking performance moving to carbon wheels but these are pretty cool.

What I can't find is any concrete verification that the compound is made for carbon rims, other than the LBS recommendation. If there's any forum info to the contrary, please let me know! cheers, j

wrong pad according to Jagwire USA web site. the correct pad for carbon rims is a cork type pad.

thanks, for some reason I was afraid of that. Disappointed in my LBS, not one I go to often but I had high hopes. . .
