Campy QS Upgrade... how to?

I've just made the decision to upgrade my campy Ergo levers and FD to 2007 components. Have the Ergo lever upgrade kit (simply 1 gear) on route and a new 2007 Campy Record FD on order (great price from Lickbike).

I tend to preform most of my maintainence and repairs, but have never taken the shifters apart. Does anyone have advice, videos, instructions on how to replace the single gear in the left Ergo shifter that changes it to QS... obviously the FD I can handle.

2 things -
the Campagnolo stand shown in that video is fantastic. And not available to anyone. A handlebar clamped in a stand, and a 3-way clamped in a vice will work just as well, though.

when re-assembling, keeping upward pressure on the main pivot bushing will make the rebuild a heck of lot easier. that's where the 3-way clamped in a vice comes in handy.
