cyclingnews says he was puking during the race. he got some medicine from race doc, then puked even more. what's worse than getting hit by a snot rocket?

I've been puked on in a race. Guy was in front of me, I was just to his left. He puked to his left, flew back all over my legs. So I figure I'll move to his right just in case he pukes again. 1 minute later, he puts his head to the right, pukes again, covers my legs again..... :)
