barrel adjusters

Some things in life bug me. Shimano and Campy barrel adjusters/ cable guides are a couple of those things.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a frame build...including Chorus shifters, Paul cantis, and TT cable routing. The final piece seems to be barrel adjusters. After looking at a few various sites, what I'm digging the most is this little number...

Is this one of the Dave Kirk barrel adjusters or is it a Sacha White version? This thing is badass. I've checked QBP, BTI, J&B, and a couple smaller distributors. I can't seem to find anything that looks even remotely similar. Thoughts, ideas?
