Thanks for all the responses - I’m all set.
Anybody got any Campy step-down gear ferrules? For an older bike with a braze-on stop on the chainstay. I am struggling to find them... will make it worth your time to send some, or if you know somewhere that has them online, that's fine too...
Thanks!

The original part number was 620, I don't have any spares, but knowing the part number might help in your search.

Have six here, not sure of the brand.
Four have an o-ring in the small end and a dimple on the side. Two have no o-ring and smooth ferrule.
PM me with your email and I’ll send pics.

Was looking for these recently also, found some local to me, however found these while searching eBay. The Benzo One Store looked to carry quite a number of small hard to find parts.

How many ya want? Little surprised a LBS doesn't have these. I have Campag 4.5mm and 'standard' 5mm ones..I recommend using 5mm der housing at the lever and at the rear der...if the shifters are not 2009+ Gumby shape(which uses 4mm housing)..BUT the rear der can still use 5mm housing.
Just pay shipping...about $5 snail mail...$8 for USPS priority.
Edit and PM sent. I have gobs of 5mm 50% step-down ferrules but no 4.5mm Campag ones..
