Hey All,

Anyone have a rear USB rechargeable rear light they are not using? Preferably USB C but open to anything. Looking for something fairly bright 75-150 lumen and that has a silicone mount rather than a fixed mount. If not, happy to take recommendations. Thanks!

I'm a fan of the specialized stix lights for flashers. They charge from a USB port which is pretty much ubiquitous if you have a computer or charger around.

I bought this one based off of CT’s rec: https://cyclingtips.com/2021/03/spotlight-lezyne-strip-drive-pro-rear-light-review/

I've got a Bontrager Flare RT sitting in my parts bin if that's of interest.

I don't know what type of cycling you are doing. My rides are most always on the roads and I swapped my rear light for a Garmin Varia radar unit. At this point I am VERY uncomfortable riding without the radar unit and would never look back (pun intended). Yes they're pricey but my safety is far more valuable.

Get a cygolite hotshot pro. you will not be disappointed.I have their 350 lumen hypershot. What an amazing light. Makes low light / dark commutes feel that much safer. Daytime commutes also super visible.

Best thing. Price.
Surprisingly cheap. Paid $65CAD for mine.

It's actually the one I am trying to replace. I misplaced my hotshot pro and the light is very nice but I am also looking for something without a fixed mount as I move lights from bike to bike.

I have a couple of pairs of the Ascher rechargeables that I bought on Amazon. I love them and they comply with all your requirements.... cheap, silicon straps, usb-c, several modes from "on" to strobe... hold a charge through several 2-3 hour rides... great little lights. https://www.amazon.com/Ascher-Rechargeable-Headlight-Resistant-Included/dp/B01EUQ7ZQG/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1BZA4BNOBBVKA&keywords=ascher+bicycle+lights&qid=1654729715&sprefix=ascher+bicycle%2Caps%2C350&sr=8-6
