Just when I thought I was getting fat, I realized I was in fact more slim than I have been in a long time. This is how I did it--you can try it too. Feel free to try this at home.
Go through a MP break-up with a loved one (read controlling nut-job girlfriend). Eat little (due to nerves, and stress) an drink lots of beer. Maybe a cup of coffee for breakfast, one bowl of soup for lunch, and a burrito for dinner, along with several (burp) bottles of suds (I need a new habit).
Anyway, I'm as svelt as I was in college, and that's pretty effin svelt. I hope I saved a brain cell for later. I am riding my bike too. That helps loose weight also as well.

Unfortunately, I'm happily married to a great and understanding woman, so your weight loss plan isn't likely to work for me in the forseeable future. But I too have been partaking of a highly effective weight loss plan over the past couple of weeks. Cheap and not too hard to achieve, and you can even spur it along with excess drinking:

SEVERE STOMACH AND INTESTINAL DISTRESS!!!

I can't recommend it strongly enough!

A couple of weeks ago, I got a good little dose of the stomach flu, which put me in bed (and bath) for about three days. Fully emptying my system (NOT through proper channels) and absolutely unable to refill it with fresh calories of any kind. After a few days of this, I 'recovered' and then, a couple of days later, left for a week in Mexico with my family. Had an early and brutal visit from my old friend Montezuma, who took his revenge and proceeded to, yet again, empty my system fully and continuously (through proper channels, at least) for three days. Upon 'recovery', I still didn't find much of anything appetizing, so my caloric intake for the past two weeks has been roughly nil. And no excersize to build any of those pesky muscles which, as we know, weigh more than fat. Still feeling a touch queazy, so the benefits just keep coming!

If you can't find any relationship troubles to spur you on, go to Mexico and DRINK THE WATER!

I just spent a full week in an all-inclusive resort and came out with much looser pants than when I went in. A neat trick. Or not so neat, but tricky nonetheless.

You're kidding, right? I mean, about the diet... If you're not, you don't need me to tell you that you're loosing muscle mass, screwing with your immune system, etc., right? Take care, Shino. Er, maybe if you come down my way I can set you up with some seņoritas... I hear the beer is pretty good down here too.

I am trying to eat protein...If I wanted I could loose more fat and still be healthy. I'd be a stick like Jens Voit.
