oh well.

i planned the afternoon around the 2:30 tv start,
i plant it down, and get the ibook on the atmo lap.
so i am watching the intro, and i click on to velonews
dot com, and it already announces the winner.

oh well atmo...

Me too, but we should know better by now. You seen any shots of our boy yet?

This coverage seems WAY better than normal to anyone else?

The roads in Richmond are about as bad as we have in San Diego and I'm not just talking about the cobbled bits. I wonder what tires and pressures the racers used.

Yeah, my wife and I were commenting on that - They could have been in Boston! I thought we'd see more fresh pavement...

Uh, why would you check out a website devoted to covering races before you watched the race? I know it is not nice to post results in forum titles but VeloNews website exists to report race results and such.

why?
because i thought that the race was being covered live on nbc atmo.
plus - it's one of the few time the tv has ever been on other than to
watch american idol, and it just felt so wrong to not have the ibook
in its rightful place!
