Can someone tell me which tubing my Salsa is made from?

The sticker says:
Tubi Rinforti Garantiti
Acciaio Speciale
Columbus

Is this known by a common name in English?

Thanks!

so, I take it we're talking about a pretty old Ross Shafer bike? Probably 70's?

It should actually read Tubi rinforzati garantiti which translates to Guaranteed butted tubes.

Aciaio Speciale is special steel

This was used on SL, SP tubesets.

Aelle, KL and Record all had their own decals if I am not mistaken.
