and that any enhancement of oxygen transfer is prohibited

as well as gen doping ( i wonder how they gone discover this latest new way of doping)

Why do this now when the World Anti-Drug Code is in the process of review? Surely the UCI can wait until the end of the year and march in tune with WADA?
