Thanks all for the kind thoughts and words. Ginger, Saturday was our traditional combined Birthday dinner, my mother in law's is the 17 and the girls was yesterday. I made a large bowl of Ceasar Salad, homemade dressing with just a few :cool: cloves of garlic and roasted a few heads to spread on crispy bread. My father in law was skeptical so I gave him a small clove to taste, a short while later I see him scooping a clove out that was the size of a small brazil nut and wanting to know how to make it. Steaks and such completed the meal but the garlic was the hit. Thanks again. Frank
